Outside the house, there is a large veranda with room for one or two cars, equipped with a sitting area with tables, chairs, and deck chairs, an outdoor shower with hot water, a sink, and an accessorized barbecue. Electric car recharge station available. The house is on two floors; on the first floor there is a bathroom with a washing machine and shower and a living room kitchen equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, oven, sink, induction hobs, complete kitchen utensils, capsule coffee maker, kettle, large double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV. The second floor consists of a hallway with a desk and small armchair-bed, followed by a comfortable bathroom with a large shower and a double bedroom with a balcony. There is also a single folding bed in the double room. The whole structure was renewed in 2024.

If you'd like to spend some time by the Sicilian Sea, Fontane Bianche is one of the most beautiful areas. It is a serene place on the seaside, provided with all the comfort you need.
