Located in the historic center of Chioggia, Casetta Don Bosco is a classic detached house offering its guests the tranquility that characterizes the San Domenico shore. The renovation project, begun in 2024, involved extensive restoration of several sections of the building, which, given its 200-year history, was in precarious condition, despite the fact that an artist once lived there. The most modern cooling and heating systems have been installed, as well as a centralized mechanical ventilation system (CMV) that allows for constant air exchange with the outside. Dear guests, we look forward to welcoming you to the magnificent city of Chioggia, enjoying the beauty of this home and the tranquility of its surroundings!
I'm Tommaso, I'm 25 years old, and I run Casetta Don Bosco. The project started while I was at university; during those years, I decided to take care of restoring my family's property so I could host travelers from all over the world. The experience has been really rewarding and fulfilling because it allows me to meet new people and help them during their stay in the city.
I'm passionate about tennis and I'm an instructor for padel and beach tennis.
The neighborhood where Casetta don Bosco is located is the Duomo district, the historic and religious heart of Chioggia, situated just past the Porta Garibaldi entrance. Its centerpiece is the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, rebuilt in 1623 and flanked by the distinctive bell tower. The street where the house is located is Calle Donaggio, a quiet little street mostly inhabited by locals and extremely peaceful, which is really important considering the house is right in the historic center.
