Casina 147 is located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, a few steps from the town of Cisternino, famous for the typical houses with trulli, lamie and, precisely, a casina. It is a stone house typical of the ideal places to spend your holidays in total relaxation and has all the comforts. Casina 147 is divided into 2 apartments, one on the ground floor with a private garden behind it and one on the first floor with an adjacent terrace overlooking the neighboring towns. The structure can also be used entirely as it is equipped with an internal connection ladder.

The house is situated in a very private and quiet area, in fact it can be reached by going along a private road that ends just after reaching the structure. Not far from the house there is a wonderful natural path overlooking the Apulian aqueduct canal where you can take relaxing walks or bike rides, ideal to appreciate the typical beauties of Valle d'Itria. A few kilometers away you can visit Matera, the European Capital of Culture for 2019
