Delightful apartment, in the historic center, bright and with attention to the smallest details, ideal for a stay of relaxation and well-being, surrounded by beauty. Beauty at home, thanks to the care and love that are perceived as soon as you cross the threshold, through the choice of fabrics, furniture but also outside, with the wonderful view, worthy of a fairy tale on the castle and on the sky that offers different shows all the days. On the third floor without elevator, consisting of a double bedroom and living area, ideal for reading and daydreaming, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a complete bathroom, the apartment offers all the comforts one desires after a day of adventures and discoveries and even more thanks to its private parking! The apartament is situated on the third floor WITHOUT elevator/lift, only stairs. There is NO air-condition, in summer we provide a fan. Before arrival, guests are required to complete the online check-in, including signing the tourist rental agreement and paying the tourist tax. As of August 2026, the Südtirol Guest Pass is included. Should it no longer be available in the future due to the host's withdrawal from the local tourism association, this will not entitle guests to any price reduction or refund.
