Loft 1910 is perfect for a romantic getaway. It features a hot tub for two, a temperature-controlled wine fridge, and a modern island kitchen with all amenities. Just outside the city center, you have free street parking next door, and the Vezzano train station is a short walk away, offering easy trains to the Cinque Terre. Several bus lines run every 10 minutes to the city center. The loft offers unique charm and privacy. Outdoors, you can relax on two private balconies and access a shared garden. Renovated in 2022, the property has triple-glazed windows for optimal insulation. Public parking is available directly in front of the house, and there is a shared bike storage area. Please note: for safety reasons, the internal staircase in the living room is strictly off-limits; only the main floor with bathroom, kitchen, double bedroom, and double sofa bed is included in your stay. The owners live on site but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. The entrance is on Via Aurelia, on the outskirts of La Spezia, 1 km from Vezzano station—very convenient for visiting the Cinque Terre. Next to the property you'll find a playground, and within walking distance: pharmacy, bakery, church, supermarket, tobacconist, pizzeria, and grocery store.
