Cozy mountain apartment with a small fenced garden and a wonderful view. The apartment is located in the village of Cremeno, just steps from shops, restaurants, and a bus stop, yet tucked away in a quiet and relaxing setting. It is part of a condominium complex with private parking and a garden. The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. From the living room, you can exit to a small private garden with an outdoor dining area and a fantastic view of the Grigna mountain! The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is furnished with wood, creating a warm and welcoming mountain home atmosphere. It is equipped with everything you need for a short stay, including sheets, towels, soaps, and kitchen essentials! Although the house is located slightly outside the town center, it enjoys a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket, a couple of bars, and a free shuttle stop for the ski slopes in the winter. At the same time, the house is tucked away from the noise on a side street. The Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavaggio ski slopes are a 5-minute drive or about a 30-minute walk away. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, this fresh valley offers a plethora of outdoor activities, including hiking trails, skiing slopes, and climbing areas. Indulge in the incredible local cuisine, with a special emphasis on cheese production, and savor the unique flavors of the region. Cremeno is a small nice village on the upland of the valley. It is located between two ski areas of Piani di Bobbio and Piani d'Artavagio both reachable by car, by a free shuttle in winter, and also on foot in about 30-minute walk. The Como lake can be reached in 20 minute's drive, which makes Cremeno a perfect base in summer to explore the famous lake staying in the natural freshness of the mountains! We recommend coming by car for your convenience, though arrival by public transport is also possible. There is a private garage and condominium free parking. There's a bus stop 200 meters away. The bus connects Cremeno to Lecco Train Station (D35 bus line), but check the schedule in advance since the service is limited. There is a free shuttle bus that connects Cremeno to Piani di Bobbio ski lifts. The nearest stop is in 5 minutes walk.
