Die Wohnung mit ca. 65 mq ist geeignet für 2 – Maximum 3 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist frisch saniert/renoviert (April 2017 ) und verfügt über: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( mit der Möglichkeit ein zusätzliches Bett hinzufügen ), Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Waschmaschine, Balkon mit Zugang vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar
Salve sono Raffaele, sono gestore di questa struttura, il mio obiettivo è la soddisfazione dei clienti mediante il confort, gentilezza e disponibilità.
La zona dell' isola d' Ischia dove è situata l' abitazione è denominata Lacco Ameno. A partire da 150 metri a 1 Km dall' alloggio vi sono spiagge, bar, ristoranti con specialità di mare e supermercati. Da menzionare in particolar modo i giardini termali del Negombo, la spiaggia di San Montano e il museo archeologico di Pithecusae con reperti risalenti all' VIII secolo a.C.
