The staff was super friendly and always available to offer helpful suggestions about public transport, beaches and main attractions. The thermal center was extremely relaxing and well equipped.

Family owned and run establishment made it feel like a home. Hotel sits directly in front of the beach, major stores and if your are lucky enough , you will eat typical Neapolitan meal made from a true Italian grandma ! The owner makes his own ceramic pottery which he describes as a true passion which is evident in the detail and can be seen throughout the building . If you’re lucky enough to have a terrace you’re privileged to be embraced by a beautiful Ischian sunrise with the Mount Epomeo in the background .

The hotel was fabulous , as were the staff. The owner Gloria, was absolutely wonderful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. I had a great view from my balcony and the room was a nice size. The hotels restaurant downstairs is located right on the water and has its own private beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, within a minute or two walk. The nearby thermal pools were just a fiftieth minute walk up the street. I absolutely loved my stay here.

The property is big and spacious, very comfortable if you’re going with kids!

This is my hotel of choice in Lacco Ameno. It’s location has such stunning views. The different pools and sitting locations outside is my favorite. And the staff is always very welcoming and helpful.

Great location with exceptional views for both sunrise and sunset. Very good service throughout. We loved that the restaurant staff was very flexible to serve dishes that were not on the menu. The food quality of the restaurant was very good, as was the breakfast.

Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. Amazing place! It's even nicer than in the pictures! The staff is very friendly, the view is impressive and the pool is very nice! They even offer free shuttle bus rides to other places! The breakfast is taaasty! Have I said something about the view?!
