A versatile 1 bedroom apartment. Situated on the first floor and compromise of kitchen, living/ dining room, entrance hall, large bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment benefit from free private parking. Only 4 minutes drive to the lake.
A quiet neighbourhood, just 4 minutes drive from the centre of Arona. Large supermarket only a couple of minutes. A pharmacy, two bars selling fresh bread and a tabaccheria available 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Children play area can be found outside the building. For those interested in the National Park of the Lagoni this can be found 10 minutes drive.
