Dimore Sangiuliano was created from the desire to offer our guests an authentic stay in the heart of Catania, combining the charm of historic buildings with contemporary comfort and style. The property consists of three independent homes: Casa San Berillo, Casa Sant’Elmo and Casa Santa Brigida. Each apartment has its own distinctive character, while all three share the same focus on quality, cleanliness and attention to detail. The interiors are spacious and welcoming, featuring vaulted ceilings, original architectural elements, carefully selected furnishings, works of art and modern solutions designed to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The homes include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and everything guests need to feel at home, even during longer stays. The location is one of our greatest strengths: we are in the historic centre of Catania, just a short walk from the Teatro Massimo Bellini, Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo, the Fish Market and the city’s main attractions. The railway and bus stations are also within easy reach. What truly makes Dimore Sangiuliano special is our hospitality. We prefer to welcome our guests personally, show them around the apartment and provide personalised recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursions and less touristy places. Self check-in is also available when necessary. We can also arrange airport transfers, parking in a partner garage, luggage storage and a variety of excursions, including tours of Mount Etna, visits to Taormina and Syracuse, and inflatable boat trips along the coast and around the Faraglioni of Aci Trezza.
