La Uno and La Due are the rooms located on the ground floor, with a small private loggia equipped with a table and chairs and a large space in front. La Tre, more intimate than the others, is located on the first floor and has a veranda from which it is possible to enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the sea. La Quattro, which can be connected to La Cinque, is characterized by the L-shaped veranda where it is possible to see the sea to the south up to the island of Portopalo di Capo Passero. La Quinta is the Junior Suite of the structure in which there is an additional bed making the room, if necessary, for triple use. The highlight of the room is the 45sqm terrace which includes two sun loungers, umbrella and relaxation lounge from which you can enjoy the view over the entire Gulf of Noto. The breakfast area guarantees the new roules prescriptions being spacious and ventilated. The added value of the Villa is the swimming pool of 11x5.50 meters, 1.40 meters deep, whirlpool, solarium area equipped with sun loungers and umbrella.
