You are in the Prione district, the vibrant heart of La Spezia’s historic center, where everything is within easy walking distance. From here, you can effortlessly explore the city, its shops, and all the services you need, while also enjoying a strategic location to discover the Cinque Terre and the stunning Gulf of Poets. Charming seaside villages such as Lerici and Portovenere are easily reachable in 15–20 minutes by bus, with stops just a short walk away. The apartment overlooks Via del Prione, one of the city’s main shopping streets alongside Corso Cavour, offering a lively yet authentic atmosphere. The area is also rich in culture, with La Spezia’s most important museums—such as San Giorgio Castle, Amedeo Lia Museum, CAMeC, and the Naval Technical Museum—just a few minutes away. La Spezia stands out for its unique architectural character, blending late Baroque landmarks like Palazzo de Nobili Oldoini with elegant Belle Époque and Liberty-style buildings, visible throughout the city. Thanks to the central location, once you arrive you can easily forget about your car, as everything is within walking distance. While most central parking is paid, free options are available nearby, including along the Lagora canal and in Piazza d’Armi.
