Nuovissimo loft con terrazzo abitabile a piazza Portanova, la più centrale, viva e affascinante di Salerno.
Ha una posizione strategica, la migliore per esplorare la città i suoi luoghi storici e fare shopping.
A pochi passi dal mare, dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai collegamenti marittimi verso la Costiera Amalfitana e Cilentana.
Appena ristrutturato, elegante, intimo, silenzioso.
Unico il fascino della sua terrazza attrezzata, nascosta tra i palazzi del centro storico.
Per me è una nuova avventura che vivo con grande entusiasmo e passione. Sono socievole e accogliente non mi resta che darvi il BENVENUTO nel mio nuovissimo alloggio, arredato con attenzione e amore per rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole e confortevole . Avrete a disposizione 50 mq di spazio ben distribuito, con una camera da letto matrimoniale e un accogliente cucina/soggiorno dotato di divano letto 2 posti.
Posizione centrale e collegamenti:
Situato su Piazza Portanova a nel cuore della città. Crocevia tra Corso Vittorio Emanuele con il suo shopping e la porta di Via dei Mercanti, che percorre l'intero Centro Storico fino al Duomo e gli altri monumenti. E ancora, a pochi passi il Lungomare, che potrete percorrere per raggiungere la spiaggia, Piazza della Libertà e la Stazione Marittima. Sempre li a pochi passi, moltissimi bar, ristoranti e pizzerie ed un nuovissimo centro massaggi. Un rifugio esclusivo nel cuore della città.
Ottimamente collegato con mezzi pubblici e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalle linee degli autobus. Base perfetta per visitare splendide località, come Amalfi, Positano e Paestum, Ischia, Capri, Palinuro, Marina di Camerota grazie ai facili collegamenti la Costiera Amalfitana e quella Cilentana.
