The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the lake, it has a central position and an unparalleled view from its very long balcony. The furniture inside recreates the ancient atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The dining and living room is richly decorated with frescoes, paintings, and an old fireplace. From the table you can admire the lake and its boats. There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed, and the second with a bunk bed. The kitchen and the bathroom, recently renovated, are large and comfortable. This property offers a fully staffed and catered, with an Italian regional personal chef, English, French, German, Spanish speaking. What's make the real differences, that we are offering a 360° organic food service, getting local farmers food, totally locally sourced into the Piedmont regional zone. All the cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, milk, butter, honey, hams, yogurt, hand made fresh pastas, wines, artisan, ice-cream, cakes and even waters are coming from our living area, with an attentive selection of what's best is offered. Our personal chef will be carrying the local organic food to be cooked at the guests request.

The building is located right in front of the main pier used by large motor vessels and smaller private boats. It dates back to the early XIX century and its façade has recently been renovated. Its balcony with colourful flowers adds another lively touch to the whole scene.
