Happy Holiday Villa is surrounded by lush greenery, framed by lemon and orange trees whose scent fills the air and creates a relaxing, truly Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa is laid out over the ground floor and first floor and offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces: verandas and balconies on both levels, a garden, sunbathing area (solarium), a panoramic terrace, and a beautiful swimming pool with 4 jacuzzi seats, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. Indoor spaces On the ground floor you’ll find: A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering An adjacent utility room with sink, WC and washing machine A large, very bright living room, with big windows and a modern fireplace with thermal ventilation On the upper floor: 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) 1 children’s room with two bunk beds (also suitable for adults) All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have direct access to balconies and verandas. From here you can easily reach the external staircase leading up to the terrace with a view. Location Fontane Bianche beach: about 2 minutes by car Restaurants, grocery shops, services and banks: about 1 minute by car Key amenities Swimming pool + 4 jacuzzi seats, 24/7 wide-range Wi-Fi, satellite TV, stereo system (CD player).
