The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Property info

Apartment located on the first floor of a period building, in the historic center. A 3 min walk from the central station and 5 min from the central Piazza Stesicoro and the beating heart of the Catania nightlife, with a vast offer of restaurants, pubs, concert cafes and bars. The apartment is composed as follows: living area with equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. In two of the three bedrooms there are two sofa beds for any additional beds. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. EXTRA Cot on request: EUR 5.00 per day. Affiliated garage or car parks: EUR 15 per day
