The apartment was renewed a few years ago and it combines the antique to the modern. It has got a large living room and kitchen which features the original arches that were present before the apartment was renewed in addition to stone walls. Thanks to the two large French windows which cover one complete side of the apartment there is a stunning view of the lake and the mountain. There are 2 bedrooms with one double bed in each rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedroom has lake view. There is a large terrace with direct access to the beach and where our guests like to relax having meals or drinking wines. Particularly in the evening, it is possible to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the quitest and most relaxing possible way listening the noise of the lake. The apartment is located under the level of the street and consequently there is not much noise, Exactly from the apartment it starts a beautiful promenade of approximately 200 metres next to the lake which takes to a small beach. To walk in the evening, with its lights becomes a nice experience. We have a private covered car parking exactly in front of the apartment reserved for our guests and for the entire stay with no cost.

Our first aim is to offer to all our guests an unforgettable holiday in the relaxing location that we can offer. We like to share the history and traditions of the lake, starting from the interiors of the aparment. We love that our guests can discover Lake of Como from its tradition up to the modern times. We like to make all our guest to feel at home.

Lezzeno is a nice relaxing village very close to Bellagio. In Lezzeno it is possible to make a lot of activities such as to rent boats in order to visit the lake. It is possible to rent kayak and canoa at only 50 metres from the apartment. Near the apartment it is possible to find very good restaurants such as Villa Aurora, Da Abate, Crotto dei Pescatori, Osteria Il Governo, Filo restaurant and others where you can eat local food in addition to the usual Italian cousine. In Lezzeno there are small shops where it is possible to find all the needed goods. Lezzeno is a save area where to spend some lovely days. For the children, in addition to the lake, it is possible to play in a park nearby. From June, during the week ends, in the local centre square, there is always music, local food and parties with music. From Lezzeno or Bellagio is possible to visit the most beautiful villages of the lake such as Varenna, Tremezzo, Lenno, Menaggio and some of the most beautiful and antiques villas and gardens of the lake as "Villa Melzi" in Bellagio, "Villa del Balbianello " in Lenno, "Villa Carlotta" in Tremezzo and "Villa Monastero" in Varenna
