We are in Lezzeno, just 5 km from Bellagio, in a privileged position overlooking a true fairy-tale landscape. From the house, the view stretches across the free beaches (600 metres below), the green mountains and the deep blue of Lake Como. We are directly facing Villa del Balbianello and Isola Comacina, with the characteristic outline of Bellagio – the “Pearl of Lake Como” – clearly visible. Bellagio can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, or by bus and hydrofoil. The most beautiful beach in Lezzeno, Salice Beach, ideal for swimming and sunbathing, is only a 15-minute walk (600 metres). The bus stop is also 600 metres from Casa Il Bellavista. The property is located in a quiet area, perfect for nature lovers and hikers. It is directly connected to the famous Strada Regia, popular for its breathtaking panoramic views and photography spots.
