Il Borghetto is a welcoming holiday apartment located in the historic center of Pallanza, just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Lake Maggiore. Set within a charming early-20th-century borgo, this 60 m² one-bedroom apartment has been completely renovated to offer modern comfort in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. It features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, Google TV (with active Netflix and YouTube), unlimited free Wi-Fi, and a sofa bed—ideal for families or couples of up to four people. The spacious double bedroom is tastefully furnished. The apartment is air-conditioned and also equipped with a washing machine. The private terrace of over 20 m² is perfect for enjoying outdoor relaxation, breakfast, or a peaceful dinner. Modern and functional furnishings create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Guests also have access to a private garage, located just outside the borgo and easily reachable from the secondary entrance to the courtyard where the apartment is situated.
