The garden, furnished porch, and barbecue make every return a pleasure. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. 🏡 The Apartment The apartment is located in a small residence at Via Turati 34, right in the center of Ballabio, opposite a large free public parking lot. Access is via a short, pleasant pedestrian path that leads to the gate of the private, livable and well-kept garden, complete with a porch equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Inside, the house is a spacious and functional three-room apartment. The living area consists of a spacious living room with a relaxation area, a sofa bed, a television, and a dining table that can accommodate up to six people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, and utensils. A gas boiler provides hot water and independent heating. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and access to a second, cool, covered outdoor area. The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and dryer. The apartment has two exterior windows, one to the front garden and one to the rear, allowing for a choice between sun and shade. Trails of all difficulty levels are just a few minutes away, perfect for day hikes or trail runners. You can easily reach Lecco and the lake, the Piani Resinelli with Valentino Park and its panoramic walkway at the Belvedere, ride along the Valsassina bike path, climb towards the Piani di Bobbio, Giumello, or the summit of San Pietro. And in less than half an hour, you can reach Bellano and Varenna, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, for a lakeside stroll or a summer dip.
