Even if the building is very old The apartment has just been renovated, the style is modern despite having preserved some details of its ancient workmanship. The wood of ancient beams spreads the warmth that every home should have. The colors and materials used for the decorations and finishes, create pleasing visual effects. 2nd floor with elevator. The entrance, in the corridor, is welcoming and bright, which leads to the apartment having a private bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed in the loft and a double sofa bed in the living area. Equipped with hot / cold conditioner, free wi-fi and heated swimming pool. The building is a stone's throw from the Pignasecca area where you can immerse yourself in the heart of the characteristic and unique famous market. Behind the marvelous Via Toledo, the main street full of shops and historic buildings, from which you can go to all the coveted destinations, being the starting point to arrive almost anywhere.
Luca and I have been happily married for about 16 years and we have two boys aged 13 and 8. We are sociable and enterprising people. We put passion into what we do and hope that our home will also become your home.
We are 50 meters from Toledo Station, the most beautiful subway in Naples, this is for those who stay there, a great advantage because it will allow you to move with extreme ease to visit all the places of interest in our city. My accommodation is close to art and culture, beautiful panoramic views and restaurants. It is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups.
