I am a sociable person and I decided to put at disposal the four suites of my villa to welcome people from all over the world. Being a Sicilian I am very friendly and approachable. I will welcome you in my structure and make you feel at home. I will provide information about the house and the area and I will remain at your disposal.

The John Sea Suites are located just a 3-minute walk from the beach of Giardini Naxos. The property has an independent entrance, free private parking on request and wifi throughout the property where there are 4 exclusive Suites: the Junior Suite Deluxe and the Suite Deluxe on the ground floor, the Queen Suite with pool view on the 2nd floor and the King Suite with sea view on the 3rd floor of the building. The two suites on the ground floor have the exclusive and private use of a gazebo each with outdoor furniture and LED lighting. In the quietness of the garden is located a swimming pool with Etna and Taormina views, a wooden solarium with sun beds, umbrellas and a shower. The pool is free and it is for the exclusive use of the 4 suite guests and the owner's family only. Nobody else out of the guests booked can come inside the property. The 40 sqm Deluxe Suite consists of a living room with sofa bed, dining table and flat-screen TV, bedroom with twin bed and wardrobe with safe, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The Junior Suite Deluxe of 35 m² has a single living/sleeping area with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and twin bed, flat TV and a bathroom with ground level shower and washing machine. The 150 sqm Queen Suite has 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, 3 flat TVs, 3 balconies with views of Etna, sea, pool and the garden, private gazebo in the garden. The King Suite of 110 sq m has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, sofa bed, kitchen, panoramic terrace with outdoor furnitures and curtain, with sea view, Etna, garden and swimming pool and 3 flat TVs. Air conditioning in all suites. THE BED ROOMS OF THE QUEEN SUITE AND KING SUITE WILL BE AVAILABLE IN RELATION OF THE GUEST OCCUPANCY BOOKED. Daily cleaning service on request: 15Euro/hour. Pool time schedule: 9-20. In case of guest request of late check out after 10am, it has a cost of 1 additional night. NO PARTY, NO CATERING

The property is located in Giardini Naxos a few steps from the beach and promenade where there are all the tourist activities such as restaurants, pubs, shops, lounge bar, beach dance clubs, hotels as well as pharmacies, banks, post office etc .. Taormina is 3.5 km away while Etna 35 km. Catania is 35 km, Messina is at 45 km, while Reggio Calabria is at 50 km away from the property. The nearest airport is Catania Fontanarossa, 40 km from the Suites. Gole dell'Alcantara is 10 km from the property.
