La Brezza Marina is a very bright apartment, completely renovated, in the ancient and peaceful seaside village of Fezzano, just 10 minutes from Portovenere. It is located facing the sea, on the 4th floor, without a lift, and this is what makes it truly unique for the wonderful view of the Gulf of Poets, which can be enjoyed from the double bedroom and from the balcony in the living room. It consists of two large bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a bathroom. It is possible to take advantage of a free parking space in the Fezzano Parking, a two-minute walk from the house. Near the apartment are the restaurants and bars of the village and a shop with a wide selection of groceries and typical products; continuing along the seafront you reach the small beach of Fezzano, where two sun loungers are available to guests. The village is connected by an efficient network of public transport, which includes buses and ferries, with which it is possible to reach the center of Portovenere, the island of Palmaria, La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. Furthermore, for trekking lovers, passing through the stairway of the historic center, it is possible to reach the path that leads to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
