Welcome to Casa Sorel! You are in Borgo Tre Terre, perched on the western shore of Lake Como. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Legnone, Legnoncino, and the entire alpine arc that surrounds the Upper Lake Como area. Casa Sorel is a strategic base to explore the wonders of the region: besides Lake Como, it’s easy to reach Valtellina, Valchiavenna, and nearby Switzerland. You’ll find extraordinary landscapes, charming villages, and endless opportunities for hiking, sports, and food and wine tours. Or, simply relax on our terrace or by the pool. Casa Sorel has a special feature: it’s built around a “Crotto,” a natural cavity where a steady airflow – called the Sorel, known as the “Breath of the Mountain” – flows at a constant temperature. The house is spread over three floors, culminating in a stunning terrace. Upon entering, a spacious area of stone and wood, lit by large windows, leads to two bedrooms, one of which has a shower. Going downstairs, you’ll reach the Crotto and the bathroom carved into the rock. Going upstairs along the stone staircase, you’ll find a spacious living room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen. And finally, the terrace: the ideal place to admire the view and enjoy breakfast, lunch, a snack, an aperitif, dinner… or a starry night.
