Bright, welcoming, quiet apartment located in the central area. The proximity to all services allows you to get around on foot. Beaches, shops, restaurants.... they are all at your doorstep. It offers heating and air conditioning services, free wifi and SKY video platform. Close to the airport (reachable by car/taxy in just 9 minutes), it is 12 km from the "Nuova Fiera di Roma". You will find a Welcome kit. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a large shower tray. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed. Each room is air-conditioned for a pleasant stay. The structure offers free WI Fi service. There are also TV, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, phon. At 50 meters from the house there is a convenient launderette. ------- Please note. 1. The cost of the reservation does not include the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Fiumicino, which must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. Amount per person: 1,5 euros/night for a maximum of 15 nights.
