Ampio e luminosissimo appartamento di oltre 100 mq nella parte alta del centro storico di Noto. L' appartamento è posto al primo piano (senza ascensore) in una piccola corte chiusa da un cancello in ferro battuto ed è composto da un ingresso, due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni, cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno. A 5 minuti a piedi dal corso principale della città e ancora più vicino a poste, farmacia, ristoranti (di cui uno stellato a meno di 100 metri).
