This 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen (with a coffee machine), and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. Please note that from mid-June to mid-September, it is not possible to park directly at the property, as the house is very close to the lake and is a traffic-free zone (parking is available for a fee only in the nearby areas).
