Living & Dining Area The open-plan space includes a clever workspace featuring a hideaway kitchenette enclosed in a wooden cabinet. It is fully equipped with: An induction hob (two burners), refrigerator, and sink. All necessary essentials for a comfortable stay (dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and various utensils). Appliances: Microwave, toaster, kettle, and a pod coffee machine are available for guest use. The living area is completed by a sofa, an armchair that converts into a comfortable single bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. Sleeping Area & Bathroom From a raised landing, a staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with parquet flooring. Here, you will find a French double bed, a chest of drawers, and hanging racks. The bathroom features a large window and is equipped with a spacious shower, bidet, toilet, and a vanity unit with a mirror. Outdoor Space The tiled outdoor area is furnished with an umbrella, table, and chairs—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Right outside the property, you will find the bus stop heading toward Portovenere, which can also be reached via a scenic walk of about 3 kilometers. During the summer season, Portovenere is accessible by sea as well, with ferry services departing from the Le Grazie pier, just a few hundred meters from the house. From there, boat connections are available to the Cinque Terre, Palmaria Island, Lerici, Portofino, and Versilia. Conveniently located nearby is also the bus stop for the opposite direction toward La Spezia, where you can explore its museums, shops, and the central train station.
