In Occhio Marino, 8 min by walk form Piazzetta, in the heart of Capri, a few steps from the center but in a private position is located this enchanting villa. The property is concentrated around one of the two terraces, the main one which leads to the large scenographic living room. The magnificent terrace facing Marina Piccola enchants with its breathtaking view. On the same floor as the living room there is a comfortable kitchen, the dining room and bedroom with bathroom as well as an additional mezzanine bedroom. The master suite, on the second floor with bathroom and walk-in closet enjoys an extraordinary view. There is a dependence on terrace with pool. Floors with majolica, high ceilings, white walls, columns, patios and huge terraces, followed by surrounding gardens.
