LIBECCIO The house is about 40sqm, charming and recently renovated, located at the beginning of Via Campo, in the historical center of Maiori, adjacent to the Main Church and near the beginning of lemons' path. It can accommodate up to 3 people in an environment equipped with quaint and cozy furnishings. Accommodation: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, washing machine, flat-screen satellite TV, safe, iron / ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and provided with 4 electric stoves, refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian coffee machine, as well as a table with 3 chairs. The large private terrace, accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with hot shower, patio, beach chairs / bed and a table for 4 people for lunch in complete relax, enjoying a breathtaking view of the town and the sea.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the Campo area, adjacent to the town's mother church. From the seafront (where all the main beaches, restaurants and bars are located) and/or from the bus stop, the maximum distance is around 250-300 metres, which can be covered either via a road or easily on foot. The last 100-150 meters are slightly uphill and can be avoided if necessary by climbing about 80 steps.
