The large terrace and the location are the highlight! The house is a short walk from the sea and the pedestrian area, full of clubs and restaurants, and a few minutes walk from the train that connects ostia with the center of Rome in just 25 minutes. The apartment has attention to every detail, from the comfortable living room with open kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook great meals, to the spacious double bedroom, to the small bedroom with a bunk bed, desk and closets. One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub to meet every need. The large terrace allows in fine weather to spend much of the time outside, let the children play, dine in the cool of the sea breeze, or relax on a comfortable deck chair.

Ostia lido, considered the sea of Rome, offers numerous bathing establishments, clubs and restaurants to spend your summer vacation. It is perfect for visiting the capital without staying in the chaos of a metropolitan city like Rome. The stop of the train that connects Ostia to the center of Rome in 25 minutes is a short walk from the apartment. Fiumicino airport is 10 km away and is connected by regular buses. The historic center, which has become a pedestrian area, offers a wide choice of cafes for rich breakfasts or quick lunches, restaurants for tasty fish or meat dinners, clubs for aperitifs, tasty fast food and much more. For those who love nightlife, there is no shortage of discos on the beach, and for romantics, don't miss the chance for a nice dinner by the sea. The Ostia pier with its seafront promenade will allow you to take long walks, jogging breathing sea air and thanks to the bike path you can also ride it safely and arrive comfortably at the Port of Ostia where you can admire beautiful yachts, stores and much more. Near our accommodation there are all the main services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, stores of all kinds and playgrounds for children and with 10 minutes walk you can get to Via delle Baleniere, the commercial street with many international brands. The archaeological park of Ostia Antica is worth a visit.
