You immediately enter the large living room, where there is a spacious sofa, a dining table, and some decorative items that further enhance the villa. Also on the ground floor are the kitchen, complete with every accessory, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, we find the large master bedroom, which has access to a private outdoor patio, and a room with two single beds, also with a wooden balcony characteristic of mountain areas. The upper floor is completed by the master bathroom, with a large shower. Outside the first floor, there is even a barbecue area! There is also a folding bed in the house, which can be placed either in the master bedroom or in the downstairs living room to create three separate resting areas.

In just a 15-minute drive, you can reach downtown Lecco, on the branch of Lake Como famous for Villa Monastero, Varenna, Bellano, and more! Another 15 minutes in the opposite direction, and the splendid and green Valsassina will unfold before your eyes, with its hills, mountains, farmhouses, and countless outdoor activities at your disposal: trekking, horseback riding, e-biking, and, of course, winter skiing.
