This 1900 Italian Villa is perfect for those looking for peace and coziness away from the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded Cinque Terre☀️🏞️🌊Conveniently located between La Spezia and Cinque Terre (15 min drive) in the historical centre of Biassa, a true Italian fairytale village, with stunning views and hiking trails connecting you to all the local attractions.
🍝🍷There is a restaurant and a pizzeria (both highly recommended), two groceries, a post office and a tobacconist.
I am available over the phone during the day and over a glass of wine during the evening 🦋💚🍷

It's a very small and genuine village where everyone knows each other, so it's going to feel like you are part of it💚
Mind this is an old Italian village with lots of steps everywhere like in most of the locations of this beautiful mountainous region by the sea ☀️🌊🏞️
Biassa is the village that originated La Spezia and the point of connection between the city and the Cinque Terre. Hundreds of hiking and mountain bike trails link the village to the surrounding area. So if you like serenity, nature and hiking or mountain biking, but being close to the tourist attractions too, this is the place for you! 🦋

if you travel by car you there are two routes you can take from La Spezia: Via Fabio Filzi (6km and very steep and windy) or Via Cinque Terre (11 km with panoramic views of the gulf and city).
