This house is located on the ground floor of a residential complex just a short walk from the center of Verbania (Intra). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a four-burner stovetop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dishes, and cookware. The kitchen is part of a spacious open-plan area that includes the living room, which features a smart TV with access to all major streaming platforms, a comfortable sofa, and a large dining table. The house has two independent bathrooms: the first is fully furnished and equipped with a modern shower, located near the master bedroom; the second is a service bathroom at the end of the corridor. The house is located inside a residential complex in a very quiet neighborhood near the historical centre of Intra, the centre of the city of Verbania. In about 10 minutes by walk you can reach San Vittore square, the heart of the historical center. From the house you can easily reach by walk the promenade on the lakefront and walk through the characteristic and charming alleys of the historical centre. The nearest public beach is about 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car (Camelie Park of Villa Maioni). In the neighborhood around the house you can also find several grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Despite its proximity to the centre of the city, the neighborhood where the house is located is a very quiet residential area suitable for families and children, thanks also to the presence of playgrounds and gardens near the house. Furthermore, the neighborhood is lapped by the San Bernardino stream that divides the city of Verbania in two, separating the Intra area from that of Pallanza.
