The independent holiday home is located slightly above the lake and public beaches in a quiet and sunny position in Oggebbio. The large living room of 45m ² can be reached both from inside and from an external staircase. On the lower floor, there is the bedroom and the bathroom with shower opening onto a large private garden. From the living area above you will have access to the terrace of approx. 25 m² with large sunbathing area. The house is very cozy and offers many mogelijkheid to find a place to stay according to your mood!
the house was handed down to me by my parents and I wouldn't give it up to the world at all!
A grocery store, pharmacy, a bar, a pizzeria, the doctor, the post office and a bus stop are located about 200 meters in the small village of Gonte. On foot you can reach the lake, there is the possibility of making beautiful walks on hiking trails in the area and a wide range of cultural entertainment, without having moments of boredom. Here, hikers and nature lovers find an ideal starting point to explore the wonderful surroundings on the numerous paths. Immersing themselves in many small Italian villages with exceptionally beautiful panoramas between mountain and lake. The car is parked in the public car park at 100 m. away from the house.
