Located in the heart of Intra, just a few steps from Piazza Ranzoni, this fully renovated apartment is set within a quiet private courtyard — ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquillity while staying in the city centre. The ground‑floor accommodation features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk‑in shower. The ventilation system ensures excellent air quality throughout the apartment, and free Wi‑Fi is available in all areas. For our guests, we provide a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with a small Welcome Kit.
We are Romina and Matteo, born and raised in the mountains at the foot of Monte Rosa. We have been living in Verbania for almost eight years — a city that won us over with its tranquillity and the charm of Lake Maggiore. With Le Scuderie 2.0 – Casa Vacanze, we wanted to create a place that reflects the spirit of our origins: a well‑kept, authentic and welcoming home where every guest can feel at ease. We are always happy to offer recommendations — whether it’s a traditional restaurant, a lakeside walk or a mountain hike. Our goal is to make your stay pleasant and help you discover the beauty of Verbania and its surroundings.
