Das stylishe, im modernen Art-Deco Stil eingerichtete 45m² große Apartment (nur Erwachsene) liegt im 1. Stock eines eingeschossigen Hauses und verfügt über eine großzügige, 20m² große Terrasse. Von hier blicken Sie auf den Pool und in südöstlicher Richtung auch auf den Gardasee. Das Apartment besteht neben dem Bad aus zwei Räumen, einer Wohnküche und einem Schlafzimmer. Beide Räume öffnen auf die mit gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln ausgestattete Terrasse. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein luxuriöses Kingsize Boxspring-Bett für erholsamen Schlaf. In der Wohnküche finden Sie neben der Küchenzeile auch ein gemütliches Sofa und einen großen Fernseher mit Internetanschluss. Im gesamten Appartment empfangen Sie das eigene Wifi-Signal.

Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe, eines davon in Laufweite. Der Gardasee mit dem Örtchen Fasano ist etwa 1km entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl in Toscolano-Maderno, als auch in und auf dem Weg nach Saló. Einige öffentliche Strände sind im Radius von 1-2 Kilometern erreichbar. Ein paar Schritte oberhalb vom Lemonhouse haben Sie ferner Zugang zum Wanderweg Gardone-Fasano.
