The apartment does not have private parking, around there are a public paid parking spaces on the blue strip that you pay from 8 am to 8 pm, at night and on holidays is free throughout the city, instead a guarded paid parking lot is located on the corner of the building but it depends on availability because it is a parking lot of a shop called Nouvo Mondo
Lora's House is located just a 3/4 minute walk from La Spezia central station, and only 5 minute walk from the pedestrian street to the city center, where you can enjoy the shop windows, with many bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. The bus stops that take you to Portovenere, Lerici, etc. are very easily to reach. Just a 15 minute walk across Via Prione to reach the seafront Molo , from which you can take the municipal boats to visit the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto.
