Lucky house is located 8 minutes walk from the central station, 1.9 km from the seafront, the property offers an oasis of peace a stone's throw from the city center. It has a garden with barbecue, children's play area, solarium and a small above ground swimming pool. The property is located in the middle of a staircase that isolates it from city traffic noise. Garage available for cars with a maximum length of 4.9 meters, no garage above, 100 meters from the house, for larger cars ask for information for accommodation.
