A second newly refurbished double bedroom offers the choice of two twin beds or a comfortable king size bed. The main bathroom offers a pampering Jacuzzi experience as well an elegant separate power shower. Mod cons include dishwasher and washing machine. Ideal for both travelling by car (private car parking outside the property) as well as by public transport (C30 Como-Bellagio bus stop is conveniently located only a few steps from your front door). A lovely local beach is just 1 minute walking distance, for a lazy day sunbathing and swimming like locals do!

Local bars and restaurants are within easy reach, with a renowned family owned lake fish restaurant next door (a must on your visit - where service, location and quality of the freshest homemade produces will stay with you for a long time!) The town's local bakery is only 5 minutes walk, offering freshly made Italian bread daily as well as all main grocery necessities (i.e. milk, butter, cheese, pasta etc.). The town's local supermarket and butcher are only a couple of minutes drive away too, for a wider and ampler wine and food selection. Nestled within the lovely and uprising lakeside village of Lezzeno, the apartment is perfectly located 10 mins from Bellagio's town centre (hence from all the bustle of the town) and a 25 mins drive to the lovely old town of Como. Property’s pets-friendly policy: - Pets must not be left unattended. - Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. - Pets must comply with local legislation requirements. - Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pet on property and in the neighborhood. - Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests, local residents, and/or neighbors are not inconvenienced. - Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. -An extra fee for heating usage could be requested during the winter months based on consumption. Lezzeno Tourist City Tax: Extra fee per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights stay) is currently set by the Council and collected from any adult above 12 years old visiting the area.
