This large, bright and quiet house offers a wonderful view of Mount Etna from the living room and terrace. It is fully air-conditioned and furnished with elegance and functionality. It is located on the second floor (with elevator) of an ancient stately building, in the shopping street of the historic centre, a few steps from the main square, with convenient and much-appreciated private parking in the courtyard with an electric car charging station. For large groups, I have two other houses in the building: “Luxury Historic Villa...” and “Delightful Luxury Home..” by SicilianRelaxingHomes. Our guests from all over the world always return with enthusiasm: read their reviews! On the ground floor, shared with the other two houses in the building, there is a finnish sauna/biosauna (for a fee, upon reservation), a gym, a work room and, in the garden, a heated saltwater swimming pool (no nov/feb), a relaxation area where you can relax on large sun loungers or deckchairs, in the sun or under the trees, or enjoy a lunch or candlelit dinner, and a large living/dining room with sofas, a large television with soundbar, refrigerator, coffee machine, dining tables and showers. The kitchen is equipped with numerous state-of-the-art appliances (toaster, air fryer,electric grill, microwave, rice cooker, Italian and American coffee machines, kettle) and elegant tableware. Each room has a large television, and the house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The panoramic terrace is equipped with a large charcoal barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers. Children's accessories are available on request (playpens, pushchairs, cots, small tables with chairs, high chairs, Stokke chairs, baby baths). Although located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, for added security, there are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas of the building , and the house is equipped with an alarm system. Before booking, please read the information at the bottom of the page carefully.

Ideal location for exploring Sicily The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible. Catania airport can be reached in just 40 minutes via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city of Catania, which is nevertheless easily reachable in only 25 minutes by motorway. Close to beaches, nature and culture Only a 5-minute drive away are numerous beaches, some equipped with seasonal facilities. Nature lovers will enjoy unique scenery due to the proximity of the majestic volcano Etna, which is only 30 minutes away, and the Alcantara Gorges, only 35 minutes away; the splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theatre and Isola Bella, are only a 25-minute drive away by motorway; Syracuse, with its Greek Theatre and Ortigia, can be reached in just over an hour; the hydrofoil for a visit to the wonderful Aeolian Islands is 75 minutes away. For lovers of art, history and nature, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away by car, via the motorway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over two hours away.

The admission of a pet, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is subject to prior approval by the property, with an additional cost of €40.00 per stay, to be paid in cash at check-in,
