The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The living area consists of a large living room with sofa, TV and dining table, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen, designed to ensure maximum comfort. Outside, Villa Capri has a large panoramic terrace, furnished with two dining tables, deckchairs and outdoor sofas, perfect for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation or aperitifs at sunset.
