Apartment located on the ground floor of a private villa in a residence "Villaggio delle Acacie", just 50 meters from the beach, in an ideal position to easily visit Eastern Sicily. Absolutely requires a car because far from public transport stops. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, large porch terrace-patio with garden furniture for breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the garden, there is also a covered parking space in the property The large beach just steps from the house is the exclusive property of the residence, so always quite quiet. The residence is far from bars and restaurants and offers the opportunity to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, but a few dozen kilometers away you can reach the best tourist destinations rich in history, monuments, restaurants and entertainment venues.
