Matilde Rooms is located on the 3rd floor of an old family-owned building without an elevator. La Spezia Centrale train station, the main departure point for the Cinque Terre, is about 200 meters away and can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The property is located in the Umberto I° district, a well-connected area with easy access to all parts of the city. The guesthouse consists of two accommodation units, Black Room and White Room, both featuring a spacious double sleeping area and a private bathroom. The Black Room is characterized by an essential, geometric style, enriched with functional and decorative elements. The atmosphere is intimate and contemporary, with a young and distinctive character. The White Room, with its minimalist design, offers a bright and refined atmosphere. The sleeping area and the bathroom are separated by a sliding door, while the floating reclaimed wood flooring highlights its elegant and carefully designed character. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the train station, Matilde Rooms is an ideal choice for leisure stays, trips to the Cinque Terre and business travel in La Spezia, without the need to use a car.

Bars, restaurants, shops and essential services are all within walking distance, making a car unnecessary.
