This apartment is located in the upper part of the charming hamlet of Le Grazie. The property, situated on the second floor of a residential complex with a splendid sea view, is characterized by its large spaces and brightness. Inside, the apartment offers two bathrooms, two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. The highlight is certainly the spacious terrace, furnished with a table for pleasant outdoor meals and comfortable deckchairs for your moments of relaxation in the sun. Furthermore, one of the bedrooms is enriched by a private balcony. Both the terrace and the balcony overlook the enchanting bay of Le Grazie, offering a beautiful view. A private car park is available for guests, located below the structure. It is useful to know that access to the car park may require some attention and some maneuvering for entry. The mandatory final cleaning and linen supply costs will be paid separately upon arrival, see the important information.

For your excursions to the Cinque Terre, you can conveniently take the train from La Spezia station, or opt for the ferries that depart from the nearby and charming Portovenere. From the latter, it is also possible to embark on a trip to the splendid Palmaria island. Outdoor activity lovers will appreciate the proximity of the road leading to Monte Muzzerone, renowned for its climbing opportunities and panoramic trails, ideal for trekking.
