Why My Shazzy? If you are a walker, like calm and want to stay out of the tourist crowd of Praiano and the coast. Yet be able to walk with a short flight of stairs down to the village center. If you are happy to get simplicity in the house furnishings style, yet all functional. If you LOVE laying and lazing in the sun, without being disturbed by other’s voices. If you prefer to mix with local people smile and get the feeling of the quaint village of Praiano. Our apartment offers a living room at the entrance, two separated bedrooms. The master has a double bed, standard size (160cm width * 190cm long) and en-suite full bathroom with shower, whilst the smaller room has 2 single beds, standard size (80cm width * 190cm long) and guests can use the full bathroom with shower located in the nearby living room. We have an huge private terrace, completely South West oriented that benefits of the magical view of the amazing Praiano setting, over Positano and Capri. We have available here sun beds and garden furniture at exclusive use of our visitors. If part of all those criteria meet your requirements. Go for it! Do not look any further!

🚗 Parking & Access Our home is located in the heart of a pedestrian-only area, which is part of the beauty and authenticity of the Amalfi Coast. Please note that you cannot reach the house by car. The nearest parking areas are about 350–400 meters away, along Via Costantinopoli (between bus stops 18 and 19), where most parking is free of charge. Paid parking is also available in the town lots. From there, it’s a short walk of around 250–400 meters and about 70 steps to reach the property. 🌿 For Guests’ Comfort Our home is ideal for active and fit guests. Please keep in mind that access involves stairs and walking distance, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns or elderly travelers who prefer direct access. ✨ Location Highlights We are at the foot of the famous Path of the Gods, perfect for hiking lovers. To reach the village center, you can take the pedestrian stairs (about 175 steps) leading to shops, restaurants, and bus stops. The beautiful La Gavitella beach is about 15 minutes away on foot via stairs. Alternatively, you can reach the main road and take a shuttle or bus from stop 7 to Marina di Praia. 🌅 The Panorama Located in Vettica di Praiano, one of the most panoramic areas of the Amalfi Coast, our terrace offers some of the most breathtaking sunsets in Praiano. From Via degli Ulivi, where the house is situated, you can easily reach Via Capriglione on foot, where you’ll find grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. ⛰️ Good to Know The Amalfi Coast is known for its steps and pedestrian lanes. If you are in good health, you’ll enjoy the walk: about 10 minutes down to the beach, and around 30 minutes back up. The reward is an authentic stay with stunning views in a peaceful, scenic setting.
