Welcome to your new lake home! A short distance from Bellagio, with a wonderful view of the lake, our apartment is located in the historic village of Lezzeno. It is an ancient independent stone house recently renovated (February 2024) equipped with every comfort to guarantee you a wonderful stay a stone's throw from the lake. The apartment is on two levels: on the first floor you will find a living room with sofa bed, armchairs and Smart TV, a spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances (induction hobs, large fridge with freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle ) and a splendid lake view as well as a service bathroom with laundry with a washing machine available for guests. On the upper floor, two large bedrooms await you: the first with a double bed and a large mezzanine with a work area, the second with three beds (which can also be set up as a double and a single). Both with lake view, both with bathroom equipped with bidet, one with shower and the other with shower with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, has air conditioning in all rooms, fast WI-FI, underfloor heating, oak parquet in all rooms, bed linen and towels and courtesy set always included and available . A large garage is available upon request. Access to the house is in autonomous mode.

A few steps from our house (100 m) is the bus stop for Como or Bellagio, 800 meters for the ferries. Area with numerous restaurants, among the best on Lake Como.
