Old Town Apartments Catania consists of two apartments. The first apartment has a living room with a 2-person sofa bed and a bedroom on the second level with a bathroom (2 - 4 people). The second apartment is a studio for 2 person (+ 1 child up to 3 years who can sleep in bed with parents or in a crib) equipped with all amenities like WIFI, heating, air conditioners and flat screen TV with streaming. Private parking is available for a fee. The main points of interest of the city are just within walking distance. We not only offer accommodation, but an authentic Sicilian experience as a whole! Old Town Apartments Catania, totally renovated in 2020, has a cozy and spacious living room, furnished in a modern key but not neglecting the details of tradition, such as the brick walls with elements of lava stone of Etna. Variable degrees of lighting to meet the needs of each guest. The paintings on the walls are prints of unique descriptive shots of the area that exude the thousand-year history of the city and the beauty of nature, the grandeur of Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, a good giant overlooking Catania.

Luca, Ornella and the little Ludovica will always be ready to welcome you by presence to show you the apartments and their characteristics, give you advice on what to do and see, where to go, what to eat and drink and places to visit, providing information on events and the possibility of excursions, trips outside the city and more. There is also the possibility of self-check in. We will be at your disposal, if needed, for the entire duration of your stay. Our goal, which is also our motto, is to give our guests an authentic Sicilian experience, and not just accommodation.

Old Town Apartments Catania is located in the historic center, 600 meters from the Cathedral, 400 meters from the Ursino Castle and the Greek Roman theater, a few minutes’ walk from "the fish market", picturesque fish market set in the heart of Catania. In only a few minutes on foot, just 400 meters from our apartments, you can reach the wonderful complex of the Benedictine Monastery and the enchanting Via dei Crociferi. Etnea Street, the city’s den, can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. In the evening many typical restaurants and pubs featuring the sparkling and volcanic nature of Catania and its nightlife, are located near the apartments, without undermining the tranquility of the immediate surroundings. Old Town Apartments Catania is located in a strategic area from which you can start on virtually any location, the apartments are reachable by car but are located a few meters from the pedestrian area. The metro of Catania 10 minutes away on foot, allowing you to move around the city freely. From the nearby Piazza Borsellino buses make frequent stops, before heading to the airport and to all the most beautiful places in eastern Sicily.
