Delightful, completely renovated apartment ideally located 30 meters from the Courmayeur cable car, 80 meters from the pedestrian area and in front of the new 5-star Le Massif hotel that offers the services of its bars, restaurants and spas even to external customers. From the apartment on the 2nd floor you can reach the private ski-room cellar directly from the lift, from which, through the rear exit of the building, you can reach the Courmayeur cableway with 50 steps! Also on the entrance side, free private parking subject to availability and free public parking on the rear side.
In the immediate vicinity - from 0 meters to 100 meters - all commercial services - supermarkets, shops, ski school, equipment rental and at 200 meters the Center of Courmayeur full of events and fantastic boutiques. Courmayeur has always been a renowned location rich in sporting and social attractions. Courmayeur offers ski slopes, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, golf courses and more without forgetting the eighth wonder of the world, the new Skyway Monte Bianco cable car.
