For a Safe Holiday. We pay particular attention to cleaning the apartment to allow our guests to spend a peaceful holiday without any worries. In fact, we sanitize all spaces and everything that is used by our guests such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, remote controls, fridge, towels ... All this with high-temperature water and alcohol-based disinfectan t. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests and during their stay, the apartment is inside a private property which they can access independently. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The apartment is perfect for two people but can also be used by four people consists of a kitchen with sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom with a smart tv(Netflix included), a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a broom closet with washing machine, garden with barbecue and a parking space inside the property. A parking space in the garage is available on request. The apartment is located in a hilly zone l a 5-minute walk from the centre of Maderno.
I relax by reading a good book or taking care of my garden. I live in the house next to the apartment I rent out. I try not to disturb my guests, but I am available if they have any requests or needs.
The flat is located on the lower hillside, 1.5 km from the centre, which can also be reached on foot in ten minutes via a slightly steep but very scenic road. For those who prefer to drive in Maderno, there are many car parks for reaching the beaches or shops, and there are three supermarkets open all day.
